Contact-data deletion

Draft policy based on platform requirements. The Platform Owner must review and replace it with final copy before launch.

To request deletion of contact details associated with a prior visitor response, use the contact page. A phone number (or another identifier specified by the owner) is enough to perform the encrypted lookup.

On verification, the Platform Owner removes the contact details and the associated response record according to the published retention policy. Deletion does not affect prior Approved Counts unless the response is later returned to pending or removed.

Deleted contact details cannot be restored except by submitting a new response. No backup copies are retained beyond the scheduled backup cycle.
