Evidence and redaction

Draft policy based on platform requirements. The Platform Owner must review and replace it with final copy before launch.

Only Public Evidence is uploaded to the platform. The Platform Owner keeps each Private Original outside the platform and outside the Cloudflare account.

Before publication, every file is redacted, reviewed, content-hashed, described with an accessibility summary, and referenced by validated complaint content.

Private Originals are never stored on the platform, and public evidence delivery accepts only the evidence identifiers present in the published complaint manifest. Storage object names are not exposed.

When an evidence file is unavailable, a clear unavailable state is shown instead of a silent absence that could be mistaken for missing proof.
