Policies

Moderation

Draft policy based on platform requirements. The Platform Owner must review and replace it with final copy before launch.

Every visitor response starts in the "pending" state. No response affects the public page before review.

Moderation uses four states: pending, approved, rejected, and removed. Each transition requires a recorded reason, an authenticated reviewer identity, and an atomic audit record. A failed audit write prevents the transition.

A Similar Case may be edited only to remove unsafe content while preserving meaning. The original private text is never returned by any public API.

The Approved Count excludes rejected and removed responses and stops counting any response that is returned to the pending state.
