Submission terms

Draft policy based on platform requirements. The Platform Owner must review and replace it with final copy before launch.

A visitor chooses one of three responses: Agree, Similar Case, or Disagree. Display name, phone number, response language, relationship disclosure, terms consent, privacy consent, and a bot-check proof are all required. Email is optional.

Agree and Disagree require neither a title nor a body. A private note may be added and is never published. Similar Case requires a title and enough detail for public review, and its text may be published after review.

All input is plain text. Attachments, HTML, and Markdown are rejected. Any string containing markup is rendered as text and never executed.

Every response starts in the pending state. The Approved Count uses approved responses only and computes no support, opposition, or consensus percentage.

On successful submission, contact fields are cleared from the form. During a temporary service failure, non-contact text is preserved for the current session. Duplicate messages are generic and never reveal whether a particular phone number is stored.
